Real Time Access

Our on-online ticketing platform has a Customer Portal that allows you to log in an retrieve different information about your purchases

If you have purchased anything from the HOC, you should have received an email in the last 10 days sharing details on how to access the Customer Portal.  Follow those instructions and you will gain access.

Getting Tickets

1. In the top right corner of your screen, click on the “Sign In” button

2. Enter your EMAIL address and PASSWORD (from the email we sent you)

​ ​a. Don’t have/can’t remember your Password?  Simply click RESET PASSWORD

2. Click “View My Tickets”

3. Choose the event you would like to view and click “View Details”

4. Click on

​ ​a. “Email my Tickets” for an electronic version

​ ​b. “Print my Tickets” to print a paper copy

You will need your tickets, in particular, the QR code on your ticket to gain access to your event.  Ensure you have these details before arriving at the event.  If you forget, there will be volunteers on site to assist you, but this option may cause unnecessary delays and access to your event.

Ticketmaster

Our system is different than Ticketmaster, which is used ONLY for New Blood and the Calgary Civic Symphony.  If you are not able to access your tickets for this event, you can go to the ticket booth at the Jubilee Auditorium and have tickets physically printed out.
